The first truly challenging day of dog walk 365 challenge (walk at least 1 dog at least 1 mile every day for a year-NO MATTER THE WEATHER!). Pouring rain and flash flooding, we can do it!
We were not home all morning so the walk couldn't be done before the rain came. And the rain did come. Comet had a blast on the very soggy beach, the sand is so wet we sank in it. Dartha couldn't go because her arthritis was bad today, Willow didn't want to go. Comet loves swimming so the rain didn't bother him. It was absolutely pouring at some points so I hoped for a break in the rain. No true break but not pouring, at least.
The roads, the beach, our woods, all very, very wet but we walked, about 2 miles.
