The chicks are growing fast, all kinds of fun and funky going on as they feather out!
Radishes are finally forming the radish part as opposed to just greens. They never grow as fast as the packets say, it seems.
Beans are coming up nicely in the asparagus and strawberry beds. Comfrey is looking good.
KitKat doesn't like to run out of food, possibly due to his homeless background. He's been with us 7 plus years now (7 years living comfortably in the home as a pet and about 1.5 more visiting outside but not ready to accept people) Anyway, long story short. We SOMEHOW (no idea how) ran right out of dry cat food last night. Extra wet food and treats were given but KitKat was clearly bothered by the very SHORT time of missing dry food.....less that 12 hours and again extra wet food and treats were served!!). He stole some leftover potato perogies that were destined for the compost. I hate that he had insecurity about food because of his past but admire his ability to find other food sources. Interim dry cat food now fills all bowls and rushed Chewy order should arrive tomorrow with usual brands.
